I painted a gouache portrait of my wife Natasha and our dog Jeff to match the caricature self-portrait on my business cards. You can see more of my illustration work at terrapinandtoad.com.
My animated short film inspired by our little Miniature Pinscher, Jeff. I wrote the lyrics, animated and designed the film, and the music was composed and performed by Jonny Blundell at Rootspring Studios. The backgrounds are based on the landscapes of the Overberg, and Helderberg areas of the Western Cape.
I created this painting for the opening of Ahem! Art Collective. Ahem! is South Africa’s first illustration art and animation gallery, located in Observatory in Cape Town.
